About Us

Forged in the Trenches. Evolving through years of honest Lunch-Table Discussions. (The process still continues…)

We didn’t meet in a boardroom. We met as colleagues in the high-pressure environment of India’s media industry in Mumbai, three people with completely different professional backgrounds who discovered that our most valuable work happened not at our desks, but in the gaps between them.

Our partnership was forged in the trenches. For years, our office lunch breaks were our secret headquarters. These weren’t casual meals, they were honest, sometimes heated debates about the world we covered from the inside. We lived through the shift from the discipline of print journalism to the speed of digital operations to the complex backbone of software and networking systems. We saw the industry from the inside: how the “sales pitch” was manufactured, how real value was buried under marketing fluff and how the average Indian consumer was being given just enough information to be interested but never enough to be truly informed.

Those lunch debates changed us. They corrected our own biases. They revealed the massive gaps between what brands announced and what consumers actually needed to know. We spent hours discussing not just what launched but whether it was genuinely worth buying hunting for official discounts, real bank offers and the hidden exchange deals that others overlooked.

We’d rush back to our desks as the break ended, already looking forward to tomorrow’s lunch to finish the debate. Sometimes we’d sneak out for a quick evening chai just to keep a particularly heated discussion alive.

Eventually we realised: this table was our calling.

We looked around and found that India had no single destination to answer the most basic consumer question: what launched today, and does it actually matter to my life? To find out what was new in cars, you visited one site. Government schemes, another. Tech launches, another. Lifestyle, another. Ten tabs open, still no clear answer.

So, in 2026, we left the glass cabins behind and built Unbox Daily HQ in Navi Mumbai.

Today, UDHQ is India’s first dedicated launch-only platform, tracking every meaningful debut across technology, mobility, finance, lifestyle, entertainment, real estate, health, and more. Every story is filtered through a single lens: how does this launch change your daily life as a modern Indian?

We are still the same three partners. Still sitting at that table. Still correcting each other. Still unboxing the truth, alongside you.

What makes UDHQ different:

One platform, every launch Your life isn’t lived in compartments, your feed shouldn’t be either. Whether it’s a tech breakthrough that saves you an hour, a government scheme that affects your savings, or a car launch that redefines your commute, everything that launches in India lands here first.

Official sources only Every story on UDHQ. links directly to the brand’s official newsroom, press release, or government portal. No third-party aggregators, no middlemen, no confusion about where the information came from.

AI-assisted, human-verified We use AI as our engine for speed, capturing launches in real time across categories. But every story is reviewed by a partner before it reaches you. The machine finds it. We filter it.

The UDHQ Take We don’t just report launches. We tell you whether they’re worth your money, your time and your attention, from the perspective of the real Indian consumer, not the brand’s press office.

The Correction Culture We don’t publish a single unchallenged perspective. As three partners with different professional backgrounds, we internally debate every major launch, looking for the gaps, the fine print and the details others overlook. What you read has been stress-tested before it reaches you.

The Knowledge Architect

A career spanning magazine, newspaper and digital media sales and marketing gave me one clear insight: the market is always trying to sell you something. At UDHQ., I champion our Correction Culture, stripping away the pitch to give you the verified, strategic bottom line. Having managed everything from direct sales to complex indirect operations, I know exactly how the “launch story” gets manufactured. My job is to make sure you get the real one.

The Future Scout

My world is where technology meets the people who actually use it. From tech networking to web ecosystems and social storytelling, I make sure UDHQ. isn’t just a platform, it’s a community. The future of technology should be accessible to everyone, not just those who already speak the language.

The Value Strategist

As the most experienced member of our team, I’ve watched software and CRMs evolve from their earliest days. At UDHQ. I audit the soul of the machine, the logic, the build quality and the genuine value proposition. My rule is simple: if it’s not built to last, or if the value isn’t real for the Indian buyer, we’ll say so plainly.
