OnePlus is adding a new Jade Mist colour option to its Nord Buds 3r true wireless earphones in India. The new variant arrives during the 2026 festive shopping season, while retaining the hardware and features of the existing model.
The Nord Buds 3r originally launched in India on August 27, 2025, with open sales beginning on September 8 in Aura Blue and Ash Black. The Jade Mist edition expands the colour lineup without introducing a new hardware configuration.
12.4mm Drivers and Bluetooth 5.4
The Nord Buds 3r use 12.4mm dynamic drivers with titanium-coated diaphragms. The audio system includes a six-band equaliser, 3D Spatial Audio and Sound Master EQ profiles.
Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4, with features including Google Fast Pair and dual-device connectivity. A 47ms low-latency mode is also available for gaming.

Up to 54 Hours of Playback
OnePlus claims up to 54 hours of total playback when the earbuds are used with their charging case. The earbuds and case have 58 mAh and 560 mAh battery capacities respectively.
Actual playback time can vary depending on factors such as volume, connectivity and usage features. The brand markets this as its highest battery endurance for true wireless headphones. This emphasis on battery capacity aligns with the wider corporate strategy, seen recently with the debut of the OnePlus Nord 6 and its 9,000 mAh cell. A TUV Rheinland certification indicates the battery health lasts for 1,000 charging cycles.
IP55 Protection
The Nord Buds 3r carry an IP55 rating, providing protection against dust and water jets under specified testing conditions. The rating does not mean the earbuds are designed for immersion in water.
The earphones are therefore positioned as everyday true wireless earbuds with additional resistance for typical active use.
Jade Mist Joins the Existing Lineup
The Jade Mist edition retains the same core hardware as the existing Nord Buds 3r. Its primary distinction is the new green-tinted finish.
The listed MRP is ₹1,999, while promotional offers and bank discounts can bring the effective purchase price to ₹1,599 during the launch period.
Availability is expected across OnePlus’ online channels, major e-commerce platforms and participating retail outlets, with stock and promotional pricing varying by seller.
The Unboxed Truth
The Jade Mist edition is primarily a colour refresh rather than a new Nord Buds 3r generation. Buyers are getting the same core specification, including 12.4mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device connectivity and low-latency gaming support.
At an effective ₹1,599 promotional price, the earbuds may appeal to buyers looking for a budget-oriented true wireless option with multi-device connectivity. However, the decision should be based on the complete feature set and current competing prices rather than the new colour alone.
Best for: Users looking for affordable true wireless earbuds with dual-device connectivity and gaming-focused low latency.
Who Is This For: Budget-conscious buyers considering branded wireless earbuds during festive promotions.
