Varun Beverages (VBL) is diversifying its international portfolio by acquiring 100% of South Africa’s Crickley Dairy for an enterprise value of ZAR 238 million (~₹131.47 crore). The deal, executed via its subsidiary Bevco, marks VBL's strategic entry into the value-added dairy and juice-based beverage segments in the African market.
